Nathan is a Resident Acting Company Member with Rosebud Theatre as well as the Head of Acting for Rosebud School of the Arts. He is an actor, director, musician, fight director and actor trainer. Selected acting credits include Edgar in King Lear for Bard on the Beach and Lear's Knight for Theatre Calgary; Banquo in Macbeth, Duke Fredrick and Duke Senior in As You Like it, Orsino in Twelfth Night and Horatio in Hamlet for The Shakespeare Company; James Flynn in The Huron Bride by Hannah Moscovitch for Vertigo Theatre; Ari Lev and Jacob Kahn in My Name is Asher Lev adapted by Aaron Posner for Pacific Theatre, Chaim Kovler in The Quarrel by David Brandes for Midnight Theatre Collective; Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Rolph in The Sound of Music both for Chemainus Theatre Festival; Inspector Goole in An Inspector Calls, Father Flynn in Doubt, The Librarian in Underneath the Lintel by Glen Berger, Father Damien in Damien by Aldyth Morris, Fagin in Oliver!, and the oldest man in the world Daddy Sherry in The Kite by W.O. Mitchell for Rosebud Theatre.

Nathan is a graduate of Rosebud School of the Arts and has also trained for two years with Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Mass during the Month-Long intensive, participated in the Paddy Crean International Art of the Sword workshop at Banff Centre and continues to perform and train actors while living in Rosebud, Alberta.

Nathan focusses on Shakespeare, Voice for the Actor, Stage Violence and Scene Study.
