STUDENT FINANCE

As a private Christian school, RSA does not receive government funding; however, we aim to keep the cost of training as reasonable as possible. Thanks to support from Rosebud Theatre and donations of many generous individuals, students at RSA receive an excellent arts education that nurtures their talent in a company of artists. Theatre training is by nature a deeply personal process, supported by small class sizes and individual instruction.
Most students pay for their education through a combination of different income streams, which may include: provincial and federal student aid, scholarships, personal savings, RESPs, parental support, and employment. It is unlikely that one income stream is adequate to cover all education and living expenses. RSA encourages students to secure two or more income streams before beginning their training.
