	Health Services Students must inform Rosebud School of the Arts of their health insurance number (requested under medical information on application form) to be used if a staff member needs to transport a student to the nearest available medical facility (usually Drumheller Regional Health Facility). There are hospitals, day clinics (phone ahead for appointment) and pharmacies in Drumheller, Three Hills and Strathmore. Students from other provinces and countries are encouraged to continue their provincial or national medical coverage and should be able to provide their medical insurance identification number when they visit Health Services. Medical Emergencies The Student Life Advisor should be contacted in case of a medical emergency. Supervisors of the Mercantile Dining Room have first aid certification. The 911 service is available in the Rosebud area. The nearest hospital is located in Drumheller, 35 km. northeast of Rosebud. Akokiniskway Golf Course – during golf season Rosebud Country Inn – by reservation only Various franchises in Drumheller Rosebud School of the Arts’ students and employees can buy a meal at the Mercantile Dining Room for a reduced rate. This option is only available when there is a show running and after theatre patrons have finished their meals. Grocery & Convenience Stores Little Country Blessings – convenience store located in the Rosebud Museum Drumheller Co-op – open until at least 8 pm weekdays Drumheller IGA – open 24 hours daily Extra Foods (Drumheller) – open 9–9 pm daily Standard Co-op – open 9–6 pm, Mon. - Sat. Recreational Facilities Rosebud Community Hall – can be booked for dances and other large celebrations – small gym is available for a user fee and with supervision of a hall member. Rosebud Hockey Team – made up of staff, students and community members. Other Sports – there is a community baseball diamond and beach volleyball court; community sports leagues in Drumheller, coaching opportunities in local schools. Lola’s Lounge – television and recreation area located in the Set Shop. Napier Movie Theatre (Drumheller) – popular movies The Drumheller Library and the Standard Library are members of Marigold system. A student’s Alberta Library Card allows regular borrowing privileges.
