Place
Rosebud Centre of the Arts is located in a serene river valley, 1 hour northwest of Calgary. Artists first came to the hamlet in the early 1970s. It is now a model of arts tourism, renowned for its hospitality and theatre productions.
The Art Intensive’s home base is in the Nodwell Building, a light filled space with views of the landscape surrounding Rosebud. The Nodwell is located at the edge of town, a 10 min. walk from the hamlet's centre. Participants will receive keys to the building so they can use the space at any time of day or night.
There will be some painting in open air and exteriors around the hamlet.
