Thursday January 5 Staff meetings; no classes
Friday January 6 First day of winter classes
Winter term fees and tuition due
Sat. - Mon. January 21 - 23 Staff and student retreat
Tuesday January 31 Last day to withdraw from the programme and receive a 75% refund
Last day to pay winter term fees and tuition without penalty
TBA International Theatre Trip (London)
TBA West Coast Theatre Trip
Tuesday February 28 Last day to withdraw from the programme and receive a 50% refund
Last day to withdraw from courses
Tues. – Wed. March 13 – 14 Study break
Thurs. – Mon. April 5 – 9 Easter Break
Sunday TBA Choir concert in Calgary
Wednesday April 25 Choir concert in Rosebud with Canadian Mennonite University
Tuesday April 24 Performance Night
Tues. – Sat. April 24 – 28 Exams and final presentations
Sunday April 29 Last day of winter term and possible performance

SUMMER May – August 2012
Tuesday May 1 First day of summer term – practicum studies with Rosebud Theatre
Saturday June 30 Tuition Deposit due for incoming Certificate and Mentorship Level 1
Saturday September 1 Last day of summer term

FALL September – December 2012
Monday September 3 Labour Day
Tuesday September 4 Move in and registration
Wed. – Sat. September 5 – 8 Orientation week
